MICHELLE - OWNER + STYLIST
Michelle is the owner, creator, and lead stylist of The Lux Studio, bringing over two decades of experience in the hair & beauty industry. A master stylist, colorist, and extension specialist, Michelle is best known for her expertise in custom extensions and lived-in blondes.
She tailors each look using a combination of bonds, wefts, tape-ins, or blended methods to achieve seamless, natural results that enhance every client’s unique style.
When she’s not behind the chair, Michelle is a devoted mom to twins Alki and Chloe. Always on the move, she loves spending quality time with her family, exercising, cooking, and traveling.

FRANKIE - stylist
Frankie is a passionate stylist at The Lux Studio, known for her love of learning and sharing her knowledge with others — both in the salon and across social media. Always striving to elevate her craft, she continuously pursues advanced education, whether through in-house classes at The Lux or training with top artists around the country
Specializing in balayage, blonding, and extensions, Frankie combines her technical expertise with creativity to deliver effortlessly dimensional, customized looks. Her commitment to growth and education ensures every client experiences the latest techniques and the most luxurious results.
SOFIA - stylist
Sofia started with us as an assistant and has grown into an incredible stylist over the past few months of working here! She’s always there when we need her, ready to jump in and help wherever she can.
Sofia is now taking clients for foils, color services, styling, and extension applications—and she’s quickly becoming a client favorite.
Her goal is to become our Brunette Specialist at The Lux Studio, and she’s well on her way with her dedication, talent, and passion for creating beautiful, dimensional color.
OLIVIA - stylist
Olivia has been a part of The Lux Studio family for years, beginning her journey as Michelle’s assistant before growing into one of our most experienced and sought-after stylists.
Her dedication and hands-on training have shaped her into a true expert in her craft.
Specializing in blonding and K-Tip extensions, Olivia is known for creating effortlessly radiant, natural looks that bring out each client’s unique beauty. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for perfection, she ensures every guest leaves her chair feeling confident, refreshed, and truly luxe.
sARAH - stylist
Sarah brings years of experience and creativity to every service she provides. Specializing in lived-in color, blonding, balayage, and sew-in or tape-in extensions, she’s your go-to expert for effortless, dimensional hair that grows out beautifully.
As one of the newest members of The Lux Studio team, Sarah’s exceptional talent and passion for her craft make her an exciting addition — and a stylist you’ll love coming back to.
AMARA - stylist
Amara started with us as an assistant and has worked her way into a stylist position through her hard work, talent, and dedication.Amara is always pushing herself to further her education. She specializes in extensions, coloring, styling, special treatments, and balayage, bringing a creative eye to every service she offers.
Amara is growing and learning every day, and it shows in the beautiful work she creates. She is incredibly talented, and we are so happy to have her as part of The Lux Studio team!
Donnie - stylist
Donnie is dedicated to creating beautiful, healthy hair at The Lux Studio, one of the North Shore’s most luxurious salons. Specializing in blonding, natural color, highlights, and advanced hair care treatments, Donnie blends artistry with expertise to deliver stunning, personalized results.
His passion for hair health led him to become a Kérastase Ambassador, allowing him to deepen his knowledge and educate clients on maintaining gorgeous, healthy hair beyond the salon. Committed to excellence, Donnie prides himself on performing luxurious, detail-oriented services using state-of-the-art techniques and premium hair care products.
Jess - makeup artist & marketing manager
Jess has been part of The Lux Studio family for 2 years now, and she’s truly the go-to girl for all things beauty. Whether you need a product recommendation, soft glam, or a full beat for weddings, proms, or any special event, Jess has you covered!
She trained with top beauty brands like Charlotte Tilbury before joining our team, and it shows in every look she creates.
On top of her artistry, Jess is also our social media and marketing manager—in charger of our feed and marketing!
JACKIE -SALON COORDINATOR
Jackie is a dedicated an experience Salon coordinator. Serving as an enthusiastic and welcoming first point of contact for this busy high-end luxury salon.
EVY - stylist and coordinator
Evy is the right hand to us here at the lux! Evy is a certified cosmetologist and was behind the chair before becoming a mom of 3 beautiful boys. Evy is expanding her knowledge daily by working in the field and along all the stylists at the lux. She is certified in extension removal methods and can administer most color services. You will find Evy working hard behind the scenes at the Lux.
Whether manning the color room or giving an Amazing head massage she does it all with a happy positive attitude and smile!
